Rams Read
This year, we are promoting reading at Ralston Middle School by having students write “reviews” of the Golden Sower nominees as well as other books.
Any student wishing to submit a review of a book will need to submit the review by email to Mrs. Olsen at maureen_olsen@ralstonschools.org and to the student’s Language Arts teacher.
In their review, the student should include:
Name of the book Author of the book Reading level Genre
A review of the book in 50 words or less, not giving away the ending. A rating of 1 to 5 stars, with 5 stars being the highest rating. |
Mrs. Olsen will have incentives for students for completing the Book Reviews. Also, each month she will pull a name from the name of students that sent in a Book Review for that month. The student’s name that gets picked will win a prize.
